LootLocker Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the guidelines all users must follow to ensure fair, responsible, and sustainable use of LootLocker's services operated by LootLocker AB.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. General Principles

You agree to use the Service responsibly, ethically, and within the intended scope of your selected plan. LootLocker is intended solely for use within the development, operation, and management of video games. Use of the Service for unrelated industries, non-gaming applications, or other purposes outside of game development is prohibited.

Your use of the Service must not:

  • Interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
  • Abuse or excessively burden the Service in a way that negatively impacts other users.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

2. Non-Commercial Use

Projects operating under a non-commercial license must:

  • Not sell, license, or monetize the project.
  • Notify LootLocker if commercial plans arise.
  • Comply with verification if requested.

3. Examples of Prohibited Behavior

  • Running automated bots or stress tests without permission
  • Hacking or reverse engineering the Service
  • Submitting malicious content
  • Circumventing usage restrictions

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action. LootLocker may also require a project to move to a commercial license if misuse is identified..

5. Updates to This Policy

LootLocker may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
